Your loose diamond may be returned for any reason with the single exception of breakage, for a full refund less the original shipping and insurance cost (cost is determined by the value of the diamond), within 30 days of the date the loose diamond was shipped or a commitment was made to have the loose diamond mounted into a setting, provided the diamond is accompanied by The ORIGINAL COPY OF THE MATCHING AND/OR IDENTIFYING CERTIFICATE(s).
Returns not accompanied by all of their original documentation will not be honored. All diamonds must be in new condition without having been altered or damaged in any way.
IceStore Inc. will refund the purchase price of the DIAMOND returned within the time-frame and manner specified above, LESS ORIGINAL SHIPPING COSTS. The refund shall be made via IceStore, Inc. official company check.
NOTE: YOU MUST OBTAIN A "RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA)" CODE FROM IceStore Inc. BEFORE RETURNING DIAMONDS. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA.
