We offer complimentary FedEx shipping on all domestic orders over $10,000 USD
The cost of shipping for domestic purchases under $10,000 is a flat fee of $55 USD which covers the cost of the shipping and insurance.
We ship using FedEx Priority Overnight service insured for the full amount of your purchase. Once your purchase has been paid for and we are ready to ship you will receive a notification via email communication from IceStore and upon receipt of your acknoledgement another email will follow from FedEx with the tracking number of your package. Shipments will arrive by 10:30AM on the day following the date of shipment. An adult signature will always be required.
In many cases it may be more convenient to have a package held at a local FedEx office for pickup at the your leisure. We can facilitate a Hold For Pickup at your request prior to shipping your merchandise.
International Shipping
International shipments are usually handled via FedEx International Priority service and insured for the full purchase amount. We reserve the right to employ the services of alternate shipping and logistics companies at our sole discretion. The cost of international shipping is determined by the value of the shipment and the destination.
Extraordinary Value Shipments
Shipments of extraordinary value are defined as any shipment whose value exceeds $70,000 USD are shipping via Brinks Armored Services. An adult signature will be required upon delivery as will identification as proof of the correct recipient. We reserve the right to employ the services of alternate shipping and logistics companies at our sole discretion.
